Xeon Apps built the Xeon - Order Notifier as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Xeon Apps and is intended for use as is.

Use of Customer Data
The app uses following customer data (The customer data is never stored in our databases).
Name - Customer name field is used by the app to greet the customer while composing the emails.
Email address - When the app is configured to send order updates to customer, the app uses customer's email address to know the email address and send the order updates.
Customer address - When the app is configured to send orders reports including the customer address to store's staff, then the app uses this field provides the information.
Customer phone number - When the app is configured to send orders reports including the customer phone to store's staff, then the app uses this field provide the information.
