📧Manual E-mail by Date

This page gives an overview of how to manually email by date.

In Scheduled notifiers 'Orders' are selected by giving customized input in the fields of 'Include Orders created at or before' & 'Exclude Orders created before'. But if merchants wants to select 'Orders' for specific date range then it can be done using 'Manual E-mail by Date'.

In scheduled notifiers, Based on the filters applied 'orders' are selected. But if the merchants wants to select specific order then it can be done by using 'Manual E-mail by Date'.

There are two ways to create Manual Notifiers they are :

(i) Send E-mails to orders customers.

(ii) Send Orders report to staffs.

Below you can find the block diagram which depicts step-by-step process involved in creating manual notifiers.

STEP - 1 : Click on "Get Started" button.

Click on 'Get Started' button as shown in the above image.

STEP - 2 : Select Orders.

From the above image you can see 'Use date and filters' is selected. Merchants can select 'order created date range' from calendar picker.

Fulfilment status and order status are the mandatory filter fields. There are various other filters available to filter orders as per requirement. All the selected orders are displayed on the right ride along with order id and customer email id. Click on "Next" button to continue next step (E-mail setup).

From the above image you can see how to pick orders manually. You can search for specific order by entering order number or email id in the search bar as shown in the above image.

STEP - 3 : Email setup

From the above image we can find various fields such as To, From email, From name, Reply-To, and Subject.

Enter all the required fields in the email setup section.

From the above image you can find the message part of email setup is shown. Merchants can enter their customized message using various template variables. Click on next button to continue next step (Next step is 'Finish')

STEP - 4 : Finish

From the above image you can see that order tags can be added to the orders after email is sent to the customers.

STEP - 5 : Click on "Run Now"

Click on 'Run Now' as shown in the above image so that a notifier will run instantly and emails will be sent instantly. After the email has been sent In the history you can see list of jobs processed by manual actions as shown in the below image.

STEP - 1 : Click on "Get Started" button.

STEP - 2 : Select Orders

From the above image you can see 'Use date and filters' is selected. Merchants can select 'order created date range' from calendar picker.

Enter all the required fields in the email setup section.

Emails To - Multiple email ids can be added here.

From the above image you can find the message part of email setup is shown. Merchants can write customized message. Click on next button to continue next step (Next step is 'Finish')

STEP - 4 : Click on 'Run Now' in the Finish step

Click on 'Run Now' as shown in the above image so that a notifier will run instantly and emails will be sent instantly. After the email has been sent In the history you can see list of jobs processed by manual actions as shown in the below image.
